Blockchain-Based Fitness App Lympo Names Millionaire Investor Jordan Travers as Newest Ambassador

Blockchain-based fitness application (app) Lympo has announced the appointment of Australian digital currency millionaire and fitness trainer Jordan Travers as its newest ambassador to promote and reward healthy lifestyles.

Lympne’s innovative fitness app will monitor workout data through smartphones and wearable devices, and reward Lympo tokens to users who reached fitness and mindfulness goals. The tokens then can be utilized to pay for health products and services.

According to Travers, he accepted the position because he believes in the concept of Lympo in promoting health and wellness around the world and he is already excited to work with the Lympo Blockchain for Sports Foundation.

“When I was a teenager, I had a terrible moped crash that left me with broken bones and in a coma. The rehabilitation process from that crash absolutely changed my life and propelled me into health and wellness.

My coaching experience shows that a lot of people are not motivated to be healthy purely just to be healthy. Tangible rewards like crypto tokens are a huge game changer. This is why I believe in Lympo and look forward to my work with the Lympo Blockchain for Sports Foundation.”

As a fitness wallet, the Lympo app rewards users with Lympo (LYM) tokens for sharing and reaching their health objectives. The users can aggregate and later monetize their health and sports data, enabling them to interact with health insurances, sports and wellness businesses, aswell as employers who want to promote health and wellness to their staff.

Some of the Lympo tokens will be used to fund the Lympo Blockchain for Sports Foundation, which is a dedicated peak body supporting sports events and projects worldwide.

The foundation will be managed by a board composed of well-known athletes, Lympo partners, and sports leaders from different countries. The Lympo token sale is scheduled in the first quarter of 2018.
